Design Thinking
Design Thinking is a skill needed for any industry, as it helps professionals to set context, define problems and look for ways to solve it. Our students will learn basics of design thinking applied to their own projects.
Prototyping
Idea remains intangible without a prototype, that is why we dedicate time for students to build working models of their ideas. Even small one, a tangible prototype becomes the first piece in student portfolio, which may give bonus points during application to University. But it also gives hands-on experience, which is sometimes more important than qualifications and diplomas.
Project Development
We help our students to master strategies for turning their vision into reality. Big projects are impossible without planning, team work and vision of the outcomes. Even if the student doesn't achieve full project results in such a short time, they make significant progress in their project and expertise journey.

Any questions left?
George:
Do I need to know coding languages and/or programming?
Hack.Team:
If you know these, you can use it while building your project. But it is not needed, especially if you choose art, sciences or business as your main hackathon track.
Kate:
How many hours am I expected to dedicate to hackathon activities?
Hack.Team:
Each workshop is for 60-80 minutes, so it is good to expect around three hours of engagement on workshop days and around 2-3 hours on independent team days.
Charlie:
Am I eligible to participate?
Hack.Team:
